She wanted to work freely, to build something meaningful, and to prove that dreams have no age limit.

That silent dream found its wings through her daughter, Payel Halder — the coordinator of Sabek Shari O Ethnic. Payel is a highly qualified scholar, currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan. Growing up in an environment rich in art and culture, she developed a deep appreciation for India’s heritage, textiles, and traditions.
